Hi Everyone,

Here's an interesting use of EFT from Georgia Froehling of Germany.

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary,

I have a very empowering EFT story about a woman who wanted to draw an early pension because she felt bullied by a colleague.  Mona (not her real name) came to my practice for various reasons, mainly migraine headaches.  We did some spine treatment in which I am specialized, and I treated her homeopathically.

After some time, she told me, a bit embarrassed, that she thought about drawing an early pension at age 58 because she felt so bullied at work.  She had been working for that institution for 25 years and felt that now, people took her work for granted.  She told me that one younger woman told everybody who wanted to hear (or didn’t, as a matter of fact) that Mona worked haphazardly, that she made many mistakes and was not apt to fulfill all the requirements of her job.  She felt a lot of hatred for that woman - real, deeply felt hatred.

Of course, because this bothered her so much, she actually began making mistakes while working, and this only added fuel to the fire.  We did a brief EFT session of about half an hour and tapped.

Even though I feel this hatred and would love to slap XY in the face…

Even though this bitch (sorry) runs me down after all that I have done for the firm…

Even though my boss keeps both eyes shut at what she does to me…

Even though nobody even believes me that I am being bullied…

Even though I hate this woman for being so unjust to me…

Even though I hate going to work now, and I always loved my work, just because of this bastard…

I forgive myself for taking all this in, and I also forgive myself for victimising myself instead of standing tall for myself.

GC COMMENT: Another way to approach this is to use EFT on past specific events that this co-worker reminded her of. The question, "What (who) does she remind you of?" might be useful.

We had to use these cuss words in order to bring up the true emotion; being politically correct didn’t lead to any relief here.  After a while, Mona said that all this was untrue.  She did good work and always had, and she supposed that this envious, disturbed woman had a lot of problems to deal herself.  She started laughing and felt much better.

Two months later, I met her again for spine treatment.  Guess what she told me?  She loves going to work so much now that she phoned her boss and told him that she didn’t want to leave at all and that she didn’t want to reduce her hours.  Her boss was very pleased and said that he would not want to lose a woman with so much business experience and that she could even work past age 65 where normally, someone of her age goes into retirement.  So, he valued her all the time, she just didn’t see it!

She looks years younger, has a lot of energy and is far less negative.  The hatred and resentfulness is completely gone, and she is so interested in EFT that she downloaded the manual and has recently started her personal peace procedure.

Wow! Kisses!
