Hi Everyone,

Here's another great EFT example illustrating our general motto of "Try EFT on Everything." It comes to us from Maureen Cram of South Africa.

How many of us have problems with knowing our left from our right?  Perhaps not that many … perhaps lots of us.  It is not one of those life-threatening issues so maybe we just keep quiet about it.

I have never been able to tell my left from my right without some serious thinking.  So if I was out driving and I needed directions, I would have to ask well in advance so I could work it out and then tap one finger of the required direction hand on the steering wheel to ensure I turned the correct way.

I also had problems working out the down crossword clues.  I had to write them out across the page with dashes where the missing letters were.  Then I could usually work them out.  I never thought this could be any form of dyslexia as I have always been able to spell really well.

About a year ago I discovered sudoku, a new game designed something like a crossword puzzle.  I play online where I can check if I have made any errors.  I found that I could solve the across lines but had the same problem with the down lines as with the down crosswords.

Why not try EFT on it?  I had read that EFT works well on dyslexia so let me see if it works on inability to do down sudoku lines!  I thought about what emotion I was feeling ... embarrassment?  Nope … too old to bother about being embarrassed.  Fear?  Nope … Aha!  Frustration!  That was the one!  I did a quick round of EFT on my frustration on not being able to do down sudoku lines and threw in for good measure that I couldn’t tell left from right.

I waited … nothing seemed any different.  I went back to my puzzle.  I looked at the down numbers.  All I can say is that suddenly I could ‘see’ them!  I was amazed.  I quickly finished a puzzle ... no down errors!

Wow!  Then I wondered how I could check my left and right.  Turn left I shouted to myself and my head turned immediately to the left.  Turn right… same thing.  I rushed off to ask my husband to check me.  100% each time.  No hesitation!  I can point out things correctly now.  It’s in the fridge on the middle shelf on the right … I can give accurate directions.  And I can do down crossword clues now without writing them out!
