Hi Everyone,

This simple idea by Ruth Lembo from the UK, if practiced daily, would likely produce major results for those who do it.

Hugs, Gary

Hi Gary,

This is an EFT oriented technique that I have been using myself and with clients for some time, and it is proving to be very useful.  It simply adds a little more structure to the Personal Peace Procedure.

As we go about our day to day business, we are often suppressing and ignoring things that are really bugging us.  We have pushed them to the back of our mind, perhaps because we are too busy to tap there and then, but often because we do not really even recognise that we are doing it!

We are assailed by such a myriad of environmental stimuli, and so much of it is dealt with at subconscious level, that we cannot remain aware of it all, all the time.  And thus important issues that we should really be tapping on can slip through the net.  I suggest using this technique in the evening, making time to spend a few minutes in quiet contemplation.

Step 1:
Take a deep breath and say aloud I deeply and completely accept everything that has happened to me today.  This statement will immediately bring to mind anything that you have NOT accepted and anything that you are still having resistance to.

When you have identified it, then begin to tap as usual until you have reduced the negative feelings to zero.

Step 2:
Take another deep breath and repeat the acceptance statement.  Should more resistance to the events of the day surface, then deal with it in the same way.

This technique can be used at the end of each week in the same way. And at the end of any segment - for example, a holiday, a school term or similar.

This is a great way of using the 'tailender' phenomenon.  By stating complete acceptance FIRST, the arguing voice of the tailender proves very useful!

This can also be used to work on deeper core issues.  The statement in this case is...

I deeply and completely accept everything that has ever happened to me in my whole life!

This will reveal resistance to past events that can then be tapped for.  Many of these issues would likely benefit from working with a partner or practitioner.

It is a continuing joy to be working with EFT and sharing in the transformation of lives.

Thank you Gary,

Ruth Lembo
