Hi Everyone,

Here is an example of the ultimate form of sleep control. Christina Degano from Canada is an international flight attendant and must deal with time zones frequently. Read how she successfully uses EFT to get the proper sleep.

Hugs, Gary

By Christina Degano.

Dear Gary,

I am a flight attendant in my 'day job'. I make this distinction, also because, in my 'mission-bound' time, I am also a yoga and mantra teacher, as well as a practitioner of a few other holistic modalities; as a result, one can imagine that I have a pretty powerful repertoire of great techniques and sacred knowledge to help in every situation. And as true as this may be, it seems as if EFT is often times the quickest and most effective tool.

Take a typical layover in a European destination, which lasts for an average of 24 hours. It is almost crucial to sleep at almost precisely prescribed times (and not oversleep at others!), in order to have a good rest before returning home - in our case, usually the morning of the next day.

Sometimes, I do not respect my proven timing formula for best sleep, and because I do not wish to resort to meds, but need results quickly, I put EFT to work.

Typical scenario: I wake up in the middle of the night, still early evening back home, and cannot fall back asleep. I try some relaxation techniques etc., but nothing really works so, finally I decide to start tapping.

Even though I am very anxious and frustrated with being awake, I know that I will now quickly and deeply fall asleep.

Reminder/tapping phrase examples: "Deep sleep until wake-up call"; "Falling quickly and deeply asleep"; "Completely relaxed and peaceful"; "No worries"; etc and it seems as if there is little conscious memory after this point. Voila. I am fast asleep.

And when the phone rings in the morning, it is oftentimes, as if I had slept for a solid 8+ hours, and so deeply in fact, that I truly forget where I am in the world, which is usually not the case, despite the cliché.

Thank you Gary. Endlessly.

Christina Degano,
