Hi Everyone,

Debra Albert from Canada accidentally caught her fingertip between the blades of her garden shears. She says, "The entire end of my ring finger from the first knuckle to the tip immediately became purple as blood pooled under the skin." Read how she used EFT to wipe out the pain and the blood pooling in minutes.

Hugs, Gary

Hi Gary,

As an EFT newcomer (8 months) I wanted to share a personal EFT experience with you.  Earlier this summer I was doing some gardening and pinched my finger on the blade between the handles of my garden shears.  The entire end of my ring finger from the first knuckle to the tip immediately became purple as blood pooled under the skin.  The pain was at least a 10 on a scale of 0 to 10.  In fact I was fighting to keep from passing out.  I was alone at the time and managed to get inside and ice the finger but found I had to lie down.  The pain was so bad that I was still on the verge of fainting.  Suddenly I remembered EFT!  I began to tap.

Even though I have really hurt my finger...

Even though I feel like I am going to pass out...

Even though I am really scared...

After these three rounds I was no longer feeling faint and the pain was reduced to about a 5 out of 10.  As I regained my composure I began to tap, Even though the entire end of my finger is a throbbing blood blister...

I tapped two rounds and noticed that the blood blister was beginning to shrink and the pain had dropped to about a 2.  I continued tapping using Even though there is still a big blood blister around the end of my finger…  After about 6 or 7 more rounds all that was left was a small dot of blood on the pad of my finger tip.  The pain was completely gone and my finger was not even sore.

Although I was already convinced that EFT was a power tool this experience removed any doubts I had about my ability to get results!  Now when someone mentions a ache or pain I respond "We can tap for that!"

Regards,

Debra Albert,

Ottawa, Canada
