Hello,

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, for the past 2 years I have had tennis elbow. It was so bad I couldn't even open a jar. I went for laser treatments, massage and wore an arm brace with only temporary benefits. I love to lift heavy weights and could not do so because of severe arm pain.

I read about EFT and started applying this by using the setup:
Even though I have this tennis elbow…

I tapped 7 times on each of the EFT points saying the reminder phrase. I did this 3 or 4 times a day, and at the end of a week my level of intensity went from a 10 out of 10 for pain down to zero. The pain is gone and I am lifting heavy weights once again. Thanks to EFT I have my life back and I feel very strong again.
