Two successful Carpal Tunnel cases

Important Note: This article was written prior to 2010 and is now outdated. Please use my newest advancement, Optimal EFT. It is more efficient, more powerful and clearly explained in my free e-book, The Unseen Therapist™.  Best wishes, Gary

Hi Everyone,

Dr. Tam Llewellyn-Edwards from the UK gives us yet another look at the results of our "Try it on Everything" motto. This time he presents two successful cases on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome--a seemingly "impossible" ailment for EFT because its cause appears to be purely physical.

We have many cases of "impossible relief" with EFT including migraine headaches, back pains, breathing problems and lactose intolerance.

"Try it on everything". I wish I had a penny for every time I had heard that said about EFT - It would make me a very rich man! But can it 'instantly' solve problems caused by physical damage? It can't ..............or can it?

I have been using EFT in my practice in the UK for a number of years and never cease to be amazed at the range problems to which it can be effectively applied. Regular readers of this spot will have seen the case I reported some time ago where EFT removed the pain of gout - an unlikely problem on which to try EFT. In this submission I will report upon two cases where EFT has been successful in relieving 'Carpal Tunnel Syndrome'.

'Carpal Tunnel Syndrome' is the numbness or tingling of the thumb, index and middle finger on either or both hands. It is often accompanied by a weakness in the thumb. It is caused by pressure on the median nerve where it passes into the hand. In serious cases it causes sensory disturbances to the effected digits, weakness and loss of motor stimuli. This is, of course, physical damage and thus, it might seem, not a case which would be suitable for treatment by EFT.

However, both the cases reported here produced satisfactory and lasting results when EFT was carried out very simply and quickly during demonstrations of the method in front of a large group.

It the first case the patient was a woman in her sixties, with the syndrome present in both hands. The damage had been evident for many years and was attributed to her use of a keyboard over her life's work. I met her during a presentation Mair (my wife) and I had been asked to give to a branch of the Soroptomists. During these presentations, after describing the history and background of EFT, we always invite members of the audience with 'simple physical problems' to come forward to experience treatment. The lady with the syndrome was one of those who came forward.

A few rounds of EFT produced a complete removal of the symptoms and she was able to move her thumbs and fingers without difficulty. The numbness was gone and the strength returned. The improvement was sustained and many months later she was still without symptoms and was recommending other to us for treatment.

The second case was also in a group setting. Mair and I had offered our services free of charge for a 'Pamper Day', where the carers of mentally handicapped relatives were given a day's rest and were treated free of charge by local therapists.

One of the cases I treated was a diagnosed case of 'Carpal Tunnel Syndrome' in both hands. The lady involved had been treated conventionally for some years but the condition was worsening and had reached the stage where she was having problems driving (she was having difficulties holding the wheel).

The conventional medical solution would have been the surgical cutting of the ligaments involved. Again a few rounds of EFT cleared the symptoms completely. I have been unable to follow up on this second case, but a number of hours later the symptoms had not returned when I met her in the car park after the 'Pamper Day' telling everyone how her hands had improved.

The moral of this piece is (yes - you've heard it all before) - try it on everything!
