EFT in a plane for scary facial paralysis - a doctor on board said it was Bell

Hi Everyone,

I wish I had known about EFT at my age 24. At that time I had developed a sudden paralysis of the right side of my face. It was diagnosed as Bell's Palsy and was treated over several months with painful electrical stimulation of my facial muscles. Bhanu Rana of Canada had the same experience but was able to collapse it rapidly with EFT. Bhanu says, "The doctor [on the plane] also told me that when I get off at the next airport in Germany that I get medical treatment, and have the doctor prescribe steroids.  I knew I had to do something.  Then my mind said to use EFT. I was reluctant and really didn't know if it would help or not but I thought "what the heck" and proceeded anyway. Within 15-20 minutes of tapping my condition was back to normal and I was feeling much better." Please bring this to the attention of your physicians.

Hugs, Gary

Greetings Gary,

I was on my way to India from Toronto. My original flight was cancelled and I had to rebook with another airline. It was the first major snowfall of the season in Toronto.

Finally, I am on board and go to sleep with all the mishaps of the day and flight plans behind me now and looking forward to a well deserved sleep. When I woke up, something was feeling odd with my face.

What I realized was that I was not able to chew my food on my right side of my mouth, not able to shut my right eye, and felt no sensation along my right side of my face.  I was totally scared and did not know what was happening.  I urgently called the flight attendant and told him of my condition.  He asked me to get up and come to the back of the plane and asked if there was a doctor on the flight to come back as well.

Luckily there was a doctor on the flight. He diagnosed me with Bell's Palsy and told me it would last for weeks or even months.  This was a total shock for me.  Partly because I was going to see my family in India after many years.  I did not want to show up half paralyzed, even though I was only going to be there for two weeks.

The doctor also told me that when I get off at the next airport in Germany that I get medical treatment, and have the doctor prescribe steroids.  I knew I had to do something.  Then my mind said to use EFT. I was reluctant and really didn't know if it would help or not but I thought "what the heck" and proceeded anyway. Within 15-20 minutes of tapping my condition was back to normal and I was feeling much better.

What I did first was tap on the karate chop, and said Even though I have this condition, I still deeply and completely love and accept and forgive myself.  Then I tapped all the major tapping areas. I did at least 10 to 15 rounds.

The flight attendant even asked me what I did, and trying to explain to them, I said I did some form of energy healing.

Thank you EFT.  It really helped!
