Hi Everyone,

Ruth Ruddock uses EFT in its most basic form to overcome shaking before undergoing hospital tests. This points out EFT's versatility under just about any circumstances. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

Hugs, Gary

Gary,

I am fairly new to using EFT and continue to use it every day in one way or another. Recently I had an opportunity to show myself how miraculously it works! I was involved in a minor accident where I received a whiplash and went to the local emergency room to get checked out.

As I lay on the gurney, they strapped a stabilizer around my head and neck which was really uncomfortable as it pressed against my trachea and I got very apprehensive. My whole body was trembling, just as it had after another accident I had 4 years ago. They wanted to do neck x-rays of me, and I knew that I would have to hold very still for that, so I used my EFT, with the usual basic recipe.

Even though I'm shaking because of this accident I've just been in...

As soon as I did the first round, the shaking had totally stopped, the x-rays were taken, and I was back in the exam room again, feeling 100 percent calm and collected. My sister was there and she observed me tapping, but since she is a die-hard skeptic, she said nothing about it.

This was the first time that I have used EFT for an event such as this where apprehension and fear that I would not be in control of myself or my body would get the best of me. It just confirms to me that EFT is God's way for us to help ourselves in any and all circumstances. Thanks for letting me share!
