Hi Gary,

I was just watching your Steps toward becoming the Ultimate Therapist videos where you talked about tapping everyday and what it can offer. This is something I do. I can categorically say that I tap on myself for at least 1 hour a day. Every time I am in the car I tap continuously. I tap listening to music. I tap when I wake up. I tap before I go to sleep. I tap when I am eating.  I tap when I using the bathroom.

I cannot begin to praise the benefits of doing this.  I recently presented a workshop and had absolutely no fear or anxiety whatsoever. I am losing excessive body fat. My moods are noticeably more relaxed. My outlook on the future is continuing to improve. I am making more money. I am sleeping less and waking up easier. My personal confidence is skyrocketing.  I am also experience a sense of peace and a knowing that I will achieve and realize all my goals and dreams.

To me, it is a tool that is unparalleled in its power. I definitely advocate tapping on specific issues to my clients and do so myself. However the tapping throughout the day provides immeasurable benefits.
