EFT for hay fever, severe cellulitis and "tattoo pain"

Important Note: This article was written prior to 2010 and is now outdated. Please use my newest advancement, Optimal EFT. It is more efficient, more powerful and clearly explained in my free e-book, The Unseen Therapist™.  Best wishes, Gary

Hi Everyone,

I don't normally publish pure testimonials in our newsletter but I found this one by Tony Songhurst from England particularly interesting.

Hugs, Gary

By Tony Songhurst

Hi Gary,

My name is Tony Songhurst and my wife Frances has been practicing EFT for some time.  I am a believer but quite honestly it has taken some time and several almost miracles to get me to this stage.

First, I used to suffer from hay fever; not the sniffles but full-blown type where I cannot see and drive.  One afternoon a couple of years ago Frances was in the garden and I was frustrated that I had to stay in on a lovely summer day with the windows closed.  I went out to the garden to talk with Frances and immediately had a severe attack.  After 10 minutes with Frances and EFT I was sitting there in the garden without even a sniffle ... and have been doing so ever since, no more eyes and nose streaming or itchy throat for the past two years.

There have been several articles written with myself as a case study with a serious blood condition called cellulitis as a result of poor circulation in my right leg following a bad accident some 20 years ago.  The most severe attack had me bedridden and off work for three weeks, the least severe had me vomiting severely and in bed when on a holiday.

Two years ago, I decided to see an orthopedic consultant surgeon and had an MRI scan.  I was informed by the consultant that there was nothing that could be done and operating further may result in the loss of my leg.  I was going to have to put up with antibiotics and paracetamol for the rest of my life.

Following the doctor’s prognosis, I continued having attacks of cellulitis until my wife started treating the condition.  With the help of EFT, we closed down an attack in an hour and after a good sleep I was ready for work.  After 20 years of having a minimum of two attacks a year I have been clear of attacks for the past year.

Finally I was a believer and at 43 I went through a mid life crisis - not the new wife, new car kind but the 'tattoo' kind.  I have several tattoos from my youth and knowing how much they hurt, I was very nervous.

Sitting in the chair having a large scorpion tattooed on my back, the pain was unbearable - I thought of leaving and then I remembered EFT.  I said the following to myself while tapping, Even though this is hurting and is ultimately a silly thing to do…  The pain reduced from 10 out of 10 down to a 2.  Whenever I stopped tapping, it went back to a 10 so I made the sensible choice to keep on going.

Whilst I am not advocating that we all go out and get a tattoo I am advocating the use of EFT for pain relief.  Please print this on one of your news letters as Frances would get a real kick out of it and of course, if this assists anyone else then the job is done.

I love the sessions with Frances on a Sunday afternoon when we hit on something and clear another issue.  I don't know anything that makes me giggle and laugh hysterically with tears running down my face via a natural method (no drugs or alcohol) like EFT, so thanks to you all for keeping this going and assisting Frances with this gift.

Bless you,

Tony Songhurst
