Hi Everyone,

Sandro de Rosa, MD, is an Italian physician and proficient EFT'er with several years experience. I thought you would be interested in some of his brief case histories. They should make an excellent addition to your "Try it on Everything" file.

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary,

Here are some case reports. Names changed to protect ID. All cases, except 5 and 6, are uncomplicated by "core issues", "aspects" or suchlike "impediments".

1) Scald Pain Relief:

Doina, a Romanian nurse who is a friend of mine, came for coffee one afternoon after work. On the way home, just before coming to me, she had scalded the medial face of her right shin on the hot exhaust pipe of her motor scooter and it was giving her some discomfort and pain. Her 0-10 intensity level for the pain was 8. After two rounds of tapping that took all of 50 seconds, the pain was gone....completely.

2) Trigeminal Neuralgia:

Lali, the nanny for a colleague of mine, a very famous Italian psychiatrist, complained of continuous terrible pain in the right half of her face, which was diagnosed by her employer as Trigeminal Neuralgia. It is known that Trigeminal Neuralgia is like luggage, you keep it forever, unless you opt for some nasty neurosurgery. Lali gave a 0-10 intensity level of "1000" aka 10. After about 35 minutes of treatment the pain was gone....completely

3) Sea Urchin Spike:

While on a visit to Italy last summer, the interpreter for the Macedonian voluntary humanitarian organisation I work for, Olivia, stepped on a sea urchin on the beach and was spiked by it. Olivia felt intense pain and could only hobble. When I saw her that evening, she gave me a 0-10 intensity level of 8, or 10 if hobbling. I treated her while we were making our way to dinner, late, on foot. Fifty yards after we started the treatment, she stopped hobbling and didn't need me to support her any more.

4) Menstrual Pain:

While I was in Skopje, Macedonia on a mission, Olivia was meant to interpret for us at a very important meeting. She hadn't slept in 36 hours and was suffering from menstrual pains. She gave a 0-10 intensity level of 8 for the pains (which came and went). I treated her in a bar, and within no more than three minutes, she felt no pain or discomfort.

5) Trembling Absent Minded Surgeon:

A colleague of mine, Gennaro, from Naples is specialising in Urology. He had the very severe problem of trembling while holding instruments and forgetting even the most common and simple procedures at the wrong moment! Not a good thing for a surgeon!

When he came to see me, he was skeptical, as you might expect a surgeon to be when presented with such an apparently absurd treatment as EFT. However, he gave it a try anyway. His 0-10 intensity level was 10 on both the trembling while working and the forgetfulness.

We worked on aspects such as fear of failing, fear of forgetting the procedures while working, responsibility for causing injury or death to patients, being observed while at work (especially by superiors) and then the judgment of one particular superior who had nothing good to say about anyone (which Gennaro took this to heart). We also worked on the myth his father generated, being in the same profession and well renowned, causing him pressure to perform to the same level.

At the end of the two hour session, his 0-10 intensity was down to 2 and he has since been able to be effective. I shall be seeing him again to resolve further issues he spontaneously asked me to treat.

6) Jealous Lover:

Marco came to me because he had uncontrollable bouts of jealousy (intensity=10) and fear of inadequacy (intensity=8) towards his significant other, who deeply involved him. After a few rounds of EFT. The man no longer felt any jealousy at all and realised that it is not he that is inadequate but his significant other who has too many problems for him to handle. Intensity=0 at the end for both. He now has a far better relationship, though not yet ideal.
