Hi Everyone,

Anxiety attacks can be devastating and any relief for them is profoundly welcomed. Louise Winkler tells us how she used EFT for her own anxiety attack and says, "I did about ten rounds, during which I found that when I tapped on the karate chop point of my right hand, it felt like my heart was being massaged, so I concentrated on that.  After a number of rounds, I realized that my palpitations had ceased!  I started yawning like crazy and I felt a deep relaxation."

Hugs, Gary

Hello Gary,

I wanted to tell you that EFT relieved a lengthy anxiety attack for me.  A few years ago, my husband and I separated in what was a very traumatic and quick separation, something that I didn't see coming.  In the wake of that, I was left alone for the first time in my life and I was frightened because I had never been alone.  I didn't know if I could make it on my own, emotionally, financially, etc.  Thankfully, I was granted spousal support by the courts and that relieved some of my stress and anxiety.

But then my husband fled to Canada and the support stopped.  The morning after I found that out, I went into an anxiety attack, my heart was in such constant palpitations that I thought I was going to have a heart attack.  I literally didn't sleep for ten days, maybe just rested, but the symptoms of the anxiety would not allow me a good deep sleep. My body felt in high gear all the time and I was mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted and at the end of my rope.  After ten days I decided enough is enough, I'm going to see if EFT can relieve this.  I tapped.

Even though I have this severe anxiety…

Even though my husband left me alone...

I did about ten rounds, during which I found that when I tapped on the karate chop point of my right hand, it felt like my heart was being massaged, so I concentrated on that.  After a number of rounds, I realized that my palpitations had ceased!  I started yawning like crazy and I felt a deep relaxation.  The anxiety attack actually happened to me again after that, only I didn't allow it to go on for ten days, I used EFT and relieved it quickly the second time.

EFT is so wonderful, I think you from the bottom of my heart (and I thank my daughter who was introduced to it by her therapist and has now become a practitioner).

Sincerely,

Louise Winkler
