Surrogate EFT for snoring

Hi Everyone,

Here's a useful example of EFT for an all too frequent problem -- snoring. After Irene Grozelle did surrogate EFT for snorers in a dorm type sleeping room, she finally got some sleep. She says, "I found that their snoring went from a loud roar … to quiet grunts … to silence.  It was wonderful!"

Dear Gary:

I have been working with EFT for myself, family, friends, and acquaintances for a few months and have found it extremely freeing.  I get excited when I watch the DVD's and even more so when I introduce someone to it.

This past weekend, I attended a planning workshop for a Spiritual Healing and Freeing camp to be held next year.  We have many people who are teaching about alternative healing modalities to interested adults as well as providing their treatments each day of the 6-day camp.

We were staying at a Girl Guide camp from Friday evening until Sunday at noon.  The sleeping accommodations were really set up for little girls and not adult women and men and we had to sleep in bunk beds which were wooden, and wiggled and squeaked with any little movement.  Besides the squeaks and shakes of the beds, two of the ladies snored loudly making my night less than peaceful, to say the least.

After not sleeping well Friday night, I was desperate to try EFT surrogately, just to get a few hours of shut-eye.  After about 3 abbreviated rounds after declaring I was "Anne" and then "Pat", I found that their snoring went from a loud roar … to quiet grunts … to silence.  It was wonderful!  I actually ended up getting 6½  hours of uninterrupted sleep.  Thanks so much for introducing me to this method.

Sincerely,

Irene Grozelle
