A 5 year old boy bounces on his head but calms with 15 seconds of EFT

Hi Everyone,

Note how Paul Zelizer instinctively uses EFT immediately on this injured boy. For many ailments EFT is often the only thing we need to do ... so we might as well try it early on. But see your physician where appropriate.

Hi Gary and everyone.

Here is a story for people interested in EFT for parents and kids.  Recently, my daughter and her 5 year old friend were bouncing on a trampoline.  The 5 year old wanted to get out and so unzipped the safety netting.  Just as I was walking up to tell my daughter it was time to go home, the 5 year old was bounced out the door.  He landed hard on his head and neck on a set of wooden stairs, bounced once, and then I caught him in my arms.

Needless to say, he started screaming with pain.  I didn't know if he had any head or neck injuries, but I intuitively grabbed his hand and started tapping the Gamut point because I knew he hadn't landed there.  To myself, I repeated Even though that was very scary, I am calm and relaxed.

Within 15 seconds of tapping, he was relaxed and quiet.  We did a check and found no head or neck injuries.  In less than a minute from slamming into the steps, he was running around with a smile on his face.  Both his dad and I were amazed.

I continue to be grateful for all the uses of EFT.
