Hi Everyone,

Sindy Katayama from the Czech Republic shares with us a simple way to get specific with EFT regarding pains.

Dear Gary,

Here's a useful tip regarding the physical pain management.  It is a very easy tip which I found very helpful in my practice.

To make EFT work the best we must be very specific.  Many students and clients have problems describing their emotions and have even more difficulty describing their physical pains.  They often say that it is hard to explain, that it is a very "strange feeling" and similar things.

One day I had a pain in the back of my neck and was not able to describe it myself.  So I just placed my hand on the hurting place and started with Even though I have THIS PAIN and while saying the words THIS PAIN I pushed my hands against my neck to feel the pain.  With each tapping point I had to push harder and harder and after a few of them the pain was gone.  I could physically feel it melting under my hand.

This is very easy and often quicker than trying to be specific with describing the pain.  So I tried with my clients and it was always so quick.  The only inconvenience is that it can not be used in all cases.  Sometimes we just do not reach the spot or it is technically impossible.
