This brief article by Vicki Hughes clearly falls into our "one minute wonder" category. It is also a major message to those for whom pain management is important.

I just had another one minute wonder happen with EFT. (I don't think this will ever stop amazing me!) I had a lady call me to inquire as to whether I thought EFT would be helpful for her severely depressed daughter. (I told her, we try it on everything!)

Then, sort of randomly, this mother mentioned that her arm was hurting. She is a home health practitioner, and an 18 year old cerebral palsy patient of hers had bitten her on the arm, and the wound had developed an infection, which was being treated, yet was still very painful.

Since this lady was a little bit familiar with EFT, I reminded her of the tapping points from the eyebrow to the spot under the arm, and just as she was touching them, in prelude to begin tapping, she muttered, "That's amazing." (She was already getting results.)

So we tapped one round from EB-UA using the setup statement, "Even though this boy bit me, and it really hurts, I choose to forgive him, and I forgive myself for putting myself in a position to be bitten," After one round, using a reminder statement of "This bite wound pain," with no nine gamut at all, she said, "It's going away! It's much better."

When I asked her if there was any pain left she said, "Just very slight." So we did one more round from EB-UA saying "This remaining bite wound pain." She then reported there was no pain whatsoever.

EFT is such a blessing, and I never tire of seeing people set free from pain, regardless of whether it's physical, emotional or mental. I've had pain, and I've had no pain, and frankly, no pain is better.

Joy To You!
