Hi Everyone,

Sometimes EFT can be elegantly simple. Read this brief article by Jayne Morgan-Kidd and note how a brief use of EFT brought important relief to a young woman in a battered woman's shelter.

Hugs, Gary

Hi Gary,

These drawings were made by a young woman who was in a shelter for battered women. She had cramping and pain in her hands anytime she used them for anything.  She told me she could no longer write or draw without great discomfort.  I asked her if she would like to try something a little unusual that might help.  She agreed.  So I asked her to draw a flower but to stop the moment her hand started to hurt.  (See first drawing.)  After one round of basic recipe EFT, she was amazed and thrilled to be able to draw the complete flower, pain-free!  (Drawing 2)

I wish I could show you the expression on her face as she was drew the whole flower!!!
