Making a game of EFT calms restless preschoolers

Important Note: This article was written prior to 2010 and is now outdated. Please use my newest advancement, Optimal EFT. It is more efficient, more powerful and clearly explained in my free e-book, The Unseen Therapist™.  Best wishes, Gary

Hi Everyone,

Borrow from this clever idea from Judy Whitcraft and use it with your children, in classrooms or whenever you wish to calm down restless youngsters.

My tumbling class of 8 preschoolers were in a strange mood this morning and not cooperating like I wanted.  I had them all sit and play a “new game.”  It is kinda like finding the places on your body - touch your toes, hands on your head, etc.  ‘Cept it was “tap on your eyebrow, tap on your chin, tap on your chest.”  After a couple of rounds of my “new game” they were completely calm and listened and followed directions for the rest of the class.  YEA EFT!
