Hello DR S,

Just a note to tell you I am doing well.  I have lost 15 pounds.  But more importantly, I seem to have made some kind of breakthrough with EFT and music.  I am very excited and wanted to share it with you.  It's very simple.  While practicing, everytime I made an error, I stopped right there and was very specific about the EFT set up, such as, "even though I keep missing the high G in the right hand I deeply and completely love and accept myself."  The next time I went back to play the same passage, I was able to play it.  Saturday, I felt I didn't know a piece I was working on at all, and today, Monday, I can make it dance.  I am going back to the organ to try another piece.  Any comments or suggestions would be welcome.   --Patty
