Hi Everyone,

This brief article by Chris Shaver gives us yet another example of why we should Try EFT on Everything! Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

I just had an interesting EFT experience I wouldn't want to repeat.  My wife put green hot peppers in our salad that looked like regular bell peppers.  I picked them out of my salad with my fingers.  Then without thinking, being tired I rubbed my eyes.  Incredible burning followed, only made hugely more intense when I tried to wash the oil out of my eyes with water.  (I know, I know--rubbing my eyes with bread would have been smarter!)

I was starting to completely freak out, but thought to start tapping - no words just shortcut rounds of tapping.  Four rounds of tapping took away all emotional response.  And within 30 seconds the pain felt completely manageable.  It's two minutes later and I'm writing this.  On a scale of 1-10, my eyes started as spicy hot habenero enchilada 10s and are now down to 1 out of 10.

As you say, try EFT on everything--even your dinner!

Thanks again,
