Hi Everyone,

Recently I was invited by a local therapist (an avid EFT'er) to work in session with a client (call him George) who suffers from Crohn's disease. I'm a great believer in the connection between our emotional and physical states because I often see physical symptoms subside as emotional issues get relief. While it is still too early to come to any conclusions and there is surely more work to do here, George's symptoms have dropped by about 70% during the last 10 days. Did EFT do it? Who knows for sure. George has also been taking DHEA for a couple of months and this is about the time it is supposed to "kick in."

I tell you this story because you are likely to come across similar circumstances where your clients are experiencing more than one healing technique. What really cures the problem? Is it EMDR or EFT? NLP or EFT? TIR or EFT? There is no scientific way to prove or disprove EFT's role in the healing. However, you may notice that far more healings occur when EFT is part of the process than when it is not.

Also, with George, one of his ongoing symptoms is excess gas. He gets this problem regardless of the DHEA he takes but finds that EFT eliminates the problem for several hours. Remember, try it on everything.

New subject: Here's a quote from a letter recently received regarding dental pain. Note the creativity involved.

"FYI, I had two wisdom teeth extracted today. I've found that treating the resulting tissue damage with EFT while tuning to pain worked only to an extent. Tuning to it as trauma and using EFT, though, has made me very comfortable and pain-free. I know (can feel) that something has happened in my mouth and jaw, but pain isn't part of the feeling." Finally, I received this short message from a well known personality.

" Dear Gary, I find your EFT method extremely helpful in my studies. The one string of tapping points perfectly explains and shows the perfection of e=mc2. Thanks again for your hard work,"
