How do I find answers to my EFT questions?
(How to use our large Cyber-Library)

Hi Everyone,

Our EFT web site, email list and full-scale training videos have become a large Cyber-Library containing volumes upon volumes of training info, how-to's, case histories and the like. With diligence, experience and a basic understanding of EFT you can find guidance on just about any topic.

As with any large library, of course, it is helpful to understand its structure and to know which rooms to visit for specific types of info. The purpose of this article is to provide details on how to use the various "cyber-rooms" in this library.

However, please consider the nearly infinite variety of emotional and physical ailments that beset human beings .... AND .... the near impossibility of providing precise information for each and every ailment. Thus, you may not find customized details on things like "negative reactions to my mother-in-law", "fear of hummingbirds" or "earlobe-itis".

This shouldn't be in your way because EFT is taught in a manner that provides skills and numerous approaches that are useful for just about any ailment you can name. With experience, you should be able to continuously expand your Art of Delivery to cover more and more issues. For detailed grounding in this see....

Does EFT work on________? and

How do I use EFT for___________?

For many questions the answers lie within the EFT process itself. That is, rather than ponder the hows, whys and whatevers of your question, just TRY IT!! The EFT Basic Recipe takes so little time to apply that you can try it with several approaches in less time than it would take to research it.

For other questions, our Cyber-Library can be a valuable resource. Accordingly, I list below some of its features. They assume you have reasonable familiarity with the EFT process and have at least studied The EFT Course.

Cyber-Rooms in The EFT Library

1. Perhaps the most obvious place to go first is to the Frequently Asked Questions section of our web site at http://www.emofree.com/faq.htm . Here is a long list of commonly asked questions with detailed answers.

Complete instructions for using the search engine are given on the search page itself.

4. There are entire sections on our web site devoted to some common topics. For example see....
