Jeff Lipnick uses EFT to keep from blacking out

Important Note: This article was written prior to 2010 and is now outdated. Please use my newest advancement, Optimal EFT. It is more efficient, more powerful and clearly explained in my free e-book, The Unseen Therapist™.  Best wishes, Gary

Hi Everyone,

This captivating story by Jeff Lipnick should be read and remembered the next time you have a "tappable emergency." It is yet another of our "Try it on Everything" examples. Note that physicians should also be called in many of these emergencies.

Hugs, Gary

By Jeffrey Lipnick

Hi guys,

I just wanted to share something that happened to me, that was very cool in a backwards universe sort of way.  It was around 11 degrees Fahrenheit, but I needed to go to the store and I thought I would be ok.  I don't have a car, so I got out my bike, and didn't have many layers either - a shirt, long sleeve shirt, and a jacket.  No gloves or hat though, In retrospect not a good idea, but I thought I would be ok at the time.

The store is only a mile and a half away, but by the time I got there my hands were painfully cold, and I felt exhausted.  I pushed myself on the bike ride over - to get out of the cold, and I'm just used to exercising hard - even though it’s been over a month since I last trained.  When I dismounted my legs felt incredibly weak, and I was starting to get dizzy.

I managed to get into the store, but couldn't get my helmet off because my hands weren't working from the cold.  By this time I was feeling very light headed and found a foot stool to sit down on in one of the aisles.  I hadn't had much to eat either which I feel was a contributing factor.

The light-headedness was getting worse, and I managed to ask for help with my helmet to a passing store clerk.  She helped me get my helmet off, and then I managed to sputter a request for a sports drink.

When she was taking my helmet off, my head was tilted back for 30 seconds or so - she had trouble with the clasp too, ha ha.  After bringing my head back to a neutral position the light-headedness got worse, and after a few moments I literally couldn't see.  I was still conscious and could move and such, but there were just blackness and some dancing spots in my vision.

At this point I knew that wasn't good.  So I just started tapping on all the meridian points and immediately noticed a huge difference.  I added the top of the head point into the sequence which really seemed to help.  Within a few seconds I could see again, and the light headedness was noticeably less although still quite heavy.

After a little more tapping, I managed to walk on my own to a seat in the back of the store by the pharmacy. Once situated there, I did some more specific tapping for each of my symptoms, first the light-headedness, then my hands, then fatigue.  I was rapidly getting better at this point, not like to run a marathon or anything, but feeling almost normal.

For my hands, since they were hurting so bad, I tried a few rounds of EFT just imagining I was tapping on the points instead of actually tapping with them.  This actually worked surprisingly well, until they were less sensitive enough to use them for physical tapping without much discomfort.

I don't know how long I was at the store, but eventually I was walking around fine, bought some gloves, a hat, and an extra sweatshirt, and made the trip back home without much difficulty.  My hands got cold again on the way back, but I just did more tapping, and was making sure to keep my fingers moving.

I have no doubt it was the EFT that saved me.  Sure you could chalk it up to luck or enough time passing or whatever.  All I know is that I was dangerously close to blacking out, and I was only getting worse until I started tapping.  From there I just kept getting better.

So thanks again Gary, EFT really pulled me out of tight one there.  I know I know, maybe I should've had an ambulance called anyway.  But, if I do something stupid pushing the limits of what’s possible with EFT and miss the mark and kick the bucket, oh well.  I believe in reincarnation so we're all good.

Much Love,

Jeff
