Hi Everyone,

Read how Lynna Martinez achieved positive shifts by simply tapping along with music that brought up sad feelings. She says, "For me it has been a wonderful way of "sneaking up" on issues that I am not even aware of.  By doing this I have been able to release negative emotions without even having to identify them."

Dear Gary,

I stumbled upon a way of tapping without words that has been extremely helpful to me.  I was making a music CD for an upcoming road trip and while I was playing it the tears just started flowing.  I had no specific memory or incident in mind, it was more a reminder of how I was feeling at the time I used to listen to that particular song.  As I was sitting there I immediately started tapping while listening to the song, no words were necessary as I was obviously focused on something painful - even though I had no idea what it was.

The results I consistently get are astounding - usually by the end of the 3 or 4 minute song the tears are gone and I feel fine.  I am then able to listen to the song without tears or any discomfort.  I have tested this on myself extensively, even going so far as to search for songs that make me cry and EFT has worked every time.  Even though I don't know what exactly is being healed and released, I know that something important is shifting.  This of course is not a substitute for tapping on specific memories or traumas but is a great compliment to that kind of work.

For me it has been a wonderful way of "sneaking up" on issues that I am not even aware of.  By doing this I have been able to release negative emotions without even having to identify them.  How awesome is that?  Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful healing technique with the world.

Blessings,

Lynna Martinez
