Dear Gary,

I'm a newbie at EFT but I have had such a turnaround in my life that I had to share with you my story. While searching for a "miracle" for my chronic emotional stress I found EFT. After just two sessions with a lovely lady in Melbourne, Australia, I had so much relief I was like a new person. Years and years of mental anguish just gone completely.

As you can imagine I was immediately hooked on EFT and have been telling all my friends and family about it whenever I get the chance. Every day I search your website for something new. I have been slowly working through The EFT Personal Peace Procedure and have found it truly exciting.

Anyway, I recently spent a week at a church camp and every year without fail I leave the camp 2 kilograms heavier (over 4 pounds for you guys). This year I didn't even try to "be good". I just put it down to an inevitable that I would again put on the mandatory 2 kilos. But just before the camp I had been working with EFT, using the basic set up, on my "high stress hormones" and "excess cortisol levels" (having been chronically stressed for years and holding on to excess weight around my middle) and even "this fat stomach".

So you can imagine my surprise when I jumped on the scales on my return to be 200 grams less. My only conclusion is the work I did before I left had put my body on the right track to tackle the added calories in a more efficient way. I am so excited and my friends can hardly believe me when I tell them I actually lost weight (because they certainly didn't).

So glad I discovered EFT in my early 40's. I feel unstoppable.

GC COMMENT: This result by Donna is certainly encouraging and I sincerely hope that she continued to lose weight.  However, after years of experience, we now find that this approach often leads to temporary results.  Long term weight problems are typically linked to unresolved emotional issues ... usually clear back to childhood.
