Do you sometimes wake up with the residue of a dream?  Maybe you cannot fully remember it but it has left you with some feelings you cannot really define but they are not completely comfortable? Or maybe you just woke up not feeling great about the day.

I just tap myself now when that happens.  I say to myself, Whatever this is I forgive it now, or Whatever this is, I love and accept myself, or I just tap with the feeling.  We don’t always need to understand or define the feelings we are working with ... when they are present we can EFT them just by being in the resonance of the emotion.

I believe that those moments when we wake up are important, we are straddling the worlds between awake and dreaming and clearing something like that right at the beginning of our day can really change the course of the day.
