Hi Everyone,

This article by Angela Seaman from Canada is short and to the point. EFT doesn't always take a direct route to healing. Sometimes people need to go through what many call a "healing crisis" first.

Hi Everyone,

I had an interesting experience with EFT recently.  I was feeling extremely nauseated and was hoping that some tapping would help ease the nausea.  I did one round of EFT with the set up phrase,

I completely love and accept myself even though I have this horrible stomach ache.

I barely finished the round before I felt sicker than ever. I had to rush to the washroom to vomit.  However, after doing so, I felt great.  It was like the EFT got my body to do what it needed to do in order to feel better.  I was then able to quickly fall asleep with no more nausea.  It's amazing to me that I got the result I wanted but in a way I didn't expect.  I thought the nausea would just clear.  Instead, it got worse until my body responded by vomiting.  Obviously, my body needed to get rid of something before clearing the nausea.  EFT never ceases to amaze me!

Angela
