Hi Everyone,

Utahna Tassie gives us yet another practical use of surrogate EFT. Note how she used whatever language occurred to her. This is a good example for those who wonder "what do I say?" It's easy, just say what occurs to you. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

Dear Gary,

I just got a call from a new client in a panic on the toilet.  She was having a very large, hard bowel movement and was tearing and bleeding.  She said she'd been in that condition for the last 15 minutes or so - was in terrible pain and needed help - hadn't had a bowel movement for several days.  She felt guilty for not drinking enough water (less than 8 ounces a day).

She tried to tap and repeat the words I was saying but she had to put down the phone because of the pain and energy needed.  I doubt she could hear what I was saying, but I kept saying whatever phrases came to mind and tapping on myself surrogately for her.  It only took about 1 minute and she was totally relieved.  Here's how it went:

Eyebrow: Even though I'm in so much pain, I accept myself completely.

Side of Eye: Even though this BM is really big and hard and it's tearing up my body, I am still safe.

Under Eye: Even though I can't get this big turd out of me, I choose to let it be easy right now.

Under Nose: Even though it hurts like hell, I command this crap to slip right out of me.

Chin: Even though I'm really embarrassed about this problem, I'm feeling more relaxed already.

Collarbone: I forgive myself for whatever I did to create this problem.  I choose to have peace in the bathroom.

I just kept repeating similar phrases as I continually tapped the basic points on the face and collarbone (I was just making them up as I tapped.)  I never even touched the side of my hand or under my arm.

All of a sudden, she's saying, Thank you!  Thank you!  You are an angel!  The bleeding from the tearing (of the anus) stopped almost instantly also!
