Hi Everyone,

Jane Beard relieves a long standing back pain in short order. She says of her client, "She was stunned, and so was everyone around.  Two days later, she is still pain free." Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary, I am so grateful for EFT and all I have learned - and been able to do to help people with it.  I wanted to tell you about a one-minute wonder I just experienced.  It was actually more of a 30-second wonder.

I have been changing the focus of my work from pure acting and performance to much more healing work.  I was at a dinner party on Saturday with many people who are in the business still, trying to explain what I am up to now, and why.

One of them mentioned she had had a nagging pain in her back for most of this year.  I took one look at her and saw she was reversed (I have clued into a tightness in my left shoulder and arm when there is a reversal -- I have no idea why, but I just go with it).  We measured her level of intensity, and tapped the KC point while she repeated this setup phrase, Even though I have this nagging pain in my lower back… twice.

The third time we spoke the set up, I added …and I'm willing to let this go.  Bingo!  It left her body as she said the words.  We did one round of tapping on the face and torso points and the top of the head (which I have come to call the "yarmulke spot") just for good measure.  She was stunned, and so was everyone around.  Two days later, she is still pain free.
